A Spirit-Filled Celebration: St. Anne’s Parish Confirmation 2024
On November 17, 2024, St. Anne’s Parish was filled with joy, pride, and the presence of the Holy Spirit as we celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation. Bishop Gregory Studerus presided over this special ceremony, welcoming nine young parish members into a deeper commitment to their faith and a fuller participation in the life of the Church.
The Sacrament of Confirmation marks a significant milestone in these young individuals' spiritual journey. Through the anointing with chrism oil and the laying on of hands, they received the gifts of the Holy Spirit: wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord. These gifts empower them to live as bold witnesses to Christ in their families, schools, and communities.
We are thrilled to congratulate:
As a parish community, we pray that these newly confirmed members will continue to grow in faith, guided by the Holy Spirit. May they always be strengthened by the love of Christ and inspired to share His light with the world.
A Day to Remember
The ceremony was a beautiful testament to our shared faith, complete with heartfelt prayers, moving hymns, and the joy of witnessing these young individuals take this important step. Families, friends, and parishioners filled the church, offering their love and support to our confirmands on their special day.

Gratitude and Prayers
We extend our deepest gratitude to Bishop Gregory Studerus, our clergy, catechists, and everyone who played a part in preparing our confirmands for this sacrament. Your dedication and support have been invaluable.
As we move forward, let us continue to pray for our newly confirmed. May they remain steadfast in their faith and empowered by the Holy Spirit to live out their Christian calling.
“Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love.”
St. Anne, pray for us!
